✅ Returns
- You may return items within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags & packaging intact.
- To start a return, please contact our team at hey.sqoofy@gmail.com with your order number.
- Once approved, we’ll share the return instructions.
💸 Refunds
- After receiving and inspecting your return, we’ll notify you by email.
- Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- If you paid by Cash on Delivery (COD), we’ll issue a refund via bank transfer or store credit.
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Items marked as Final Sale / Clearance.
- Accessories (caps, socks, etc.) and personalized/customized products.
📦 Damaged or Incorrect Items
Received the wrong item or found a defect?
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
- We’ll arrange a free replacement or a full refund — no extra cost to you.
