✅ Returns

  • You may return items within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags & packaging intact.
  • To start a return, please contact our team at hey.sqoofy@gmail.com with your order number.
  • Once approved, we’ll share the return instructions.

💸 Refunds

  • After receiving and inspecting your return, we’ll notify you by email.
  • Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • If you paid by Cash on Delivery (COD), we’ll issue a refund via bank transfer or store credit.
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Items marked as Final Sale / Clearance.
  • Accessories (caps, socks, etc.) and personalized/customized products.

📦 Damaged or Incorrect Items

Received the wrong item or found a defect?

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
  • We’ll arrange a free replacement or a full refund — no extra cost to you.
